Different filament materials can be used like PLA, ABS, PA, PET-G, TPE, TPU - Die are in the dimensions of 1.75 / 3.00 mm. Material is stainless steel AISI 316 - Screw and barrel materials are 38CrMoAlA nitride steel, nitriding layer 0.5 - 0.7mm with hardness HV850-940 - Dual type laser diameter gauge with accuracy: +/- 0.01mm +/- 0.008% - Turnkey lines include cooling bath, haul-off and coiler. You can develop your own filament raw material with our Co-ROTATING TWIN SCREW EXTRUDERs.
